Finding homemade pure vegetarian food in Hyderabad was never easier before. Savla’s Home food provides north Indian pure vegetarian Homefood in Hyderabad to all those who stay away from their homes. Savla’s Home food is known for its homely vibes given to all regular and new customers. We not only provide pure vegetarian food but also Jain food in its purest form. We would like to take a little pride in the fact that, including our entire staff and owners, everybody eats here, same what our customers have daily. We do not compromise on the quality of food at all.
Initially, Savla’s Home food used to look like a small initiative by a passionate couple with the aim of providing pure vegetarian homelike food to bachelors from North India working in the IT sector at Hyderabad. With the uniqueness in concept and quality of food, we soon became popular amongst youngsters. We became their family in Hyderabad and then there was no looking back. In spite of some hardships and setbacks, our regular customers, “Hamare bacche” as we call them, helped us in going strong, and improving in technical aspects. We are grateful that we could be a part of the solution to such an important issue.
We also observed many Jain people like us, facing problems for getting not only pure vegetarian food but also the specific diet that we consume during our “Paryushan Parva” in Hyderabad. Jains do not generally eat green vegetables these days, as they believe it’s important to have control over food cravings. We decided to be the solution to this, and we started serving the “Jain special” menu especially during these days of Paryushan Parva.
One fine day, Mrs. Savla decided to turn her long-awaited dream into a passionate reality. She always loved to cook and she would often feel satisfied when people would often feel nostalgic for homemade food. Before starting with Savla’s, we supplied food to the people on the construction site, which was near to IT park, where we acknowledged the need for a pure vegetarian food outlet in the area. We then moved our house nearer.
While conceptualizing the idea of offering pure vegetarian and Jain food in Hyderabad, we came to know about many young IT professionals, who were either not comfortable with the kind of pure vegetarian food served in eateries or they could not afford expensive restaurants for their everyday food requirements. For the people who wanted to leave, we provided them a reason to survive, and they not only stayed but stayed happily. We feel not only happy and satisfied but also a little proud of the fact that we could be the reason some youngsters do not miss homemade food anymore.
To fulfill the diet requirements of such people, we focused on providing pure vegetarian, Jain quality food, yet at quite affordable rates. To keep it economic, we kept our menu limited initially, however, many of our regular customers asked us to offer them some tiny, yet lovable additions, such as “shuddh ghee” on their chapatis and rotis. They even suggested that we increase the items on the menu like a variety of healthy salads every day, even if it would increase the prices a bit.
Mrs. Savla pours her heart into cooking and her secret ingredient is love and pure emotions. Her “Mom’s Magic Recipes” work like charm and “hamare bacche” are often left with lip-smacking, traditional, yet fulfilling dishes. We are very happy to state that once a person comes here, tastes our home-cooked meal, understands the quality, he or she becomes a part of our daily customer base. We have immensely grown from a family business to an established one with specially trained home chefs and servers.
Then we took a step ahead, and we started Savla’s Residency, a clean, tidy, and affordable stay for working youngsters who were our regular customers of Savla’s Home food. Many of them did stay at hostels, where they had to pay for mess, however, they did not like the food they were providing. Therefore, we also offered them a home with Home food.
